Looking for a place to eat the night before the wedding? We would totally recommend Martini! Martini is one of our favorites in town (don't skip out on the arancini balls as an appetizer) to get an Italian meal. This is right across the street from The Hilton. Martini has great vibes and great food!
FYR is located inside the the Hilton Downtown Columbus the same place as our hotel block. FYR has beautiful architecture. The restaurants theme is all about gathering together... perfect for a weekend where we are gathering all our favorite people!
Want to be on top of the City of Columbus... look no further! Stories on High is the tallest rooftop bar in Columbus. It is located at The Hilton Downtown Columbus (where our hotel block is). Not only does Stories have amazing views, but they also have an amazing selection of cocktails, tapas and sushi.
This is one of our favorite places to explore and grab a quick bite to eat. The North Market is walkable from the Hilton. All of the merchants at the North Market are local business owners. You can't go wrong with anything you pick from Italian, to baked goods, to Mediterranean and more!
Take a walk around Columbus' unique Arena District. Nationwide Arena is where the NHL Columbus Blue Jackets play as well as the professional women's volleyball team The Columbus Fury. Keep walking down Nationwide Boulevard and you will see Huntington Stadium the home of the Columbus Clippers. Walk a little further and you will find Lower.com Field the home of the MLS championship winners the Columbus Crew.
Eat, shop and explore all the Short North Arts District has to offer. This is good place to take a stroll and explore the The City of Columbus. Just take a right on High Street when you exit the Hilton Hotel.
We might both be OU Bobcats, but in Columbus we say... GO BUCKS! The Ohio State University's campus is beautiful (especially in the fall). If you are looking for something to do this is a great place to take a walk and explore. We would suggest going to Ohio Stadium to see the iconic Horseshoe... home of the current college football national champions!
